I'm feeling comfortable in my computing. With tools like nixos, restic, vim, emacs, and obsidian, I feel like I'm in control to start making things.

I can hop from computer to computer with Tailscale, the age of hardware is nearly irrelevant because lots of it uses so few resources. I can write code, write little rambles, and it just works.

Better yet, it's extremely low cost, and super resiliant. I can have a hard drive die, and entire system fail, and be back up and running with just a couple commands. The backups have even been tested!

Of course, now I need to take this comfort and make shit, and I'm trying!
