Floating menus suck in VR. It's really hard to interact with them, they don't have a good tactile feel, and don't feel VR native. Instead of menus, there should be things we touch and interact with. Knobs, levers, switches, etc.

I believe this will require us to completely rethink how UI/UX works though. How does an inventory work in a VR game? My first thought is to have a case/drawer pop up when interacting with an inventory showing chibi versions of your items, and allowing you to pull things out, rather than trying to scroll through some menu.

Items could be something similar to those capsules in Dragonball.
